Rest in power little brother. We didn’t talk much over the last decade, but when we did it was always meaningful. I was so happy to see him with a good lady and children, he was really into fitness, music and art. Drew is a deep soul and very kind, so much talent. I’ll never forget our time in New Orleans. Love you Drew. My condolences to his family.

I first met Drew through his sister Beth, way back in Middle School. They had moved not far from me and rode the same bus to school. Over the years, we all became good friends. Drew and I shared the same taste in music so we were constantly discussing our favorite songs. I am an artist and I believe that may have rubbed off into Drew as well. He took up drawing and was always showing me this picture or that he was working on. I was so surprised at one point, after we had lost contact with each other for a time, we finally managed to start talking again through Facebook or some site, it totally shocked me to see him go from the short, husky guy I last seen to a much taller and fit guy that I hardly recognized. Lol. I was so glad that he was living right and taking care of himself. I knew he was doing good. It makes me so sad that we drifted away from talking for a bit and then I received the news of his passing. The world lost a good one. A good father. A good friend. A good man. I can only hope and pray one day we may get to hang out again with all our friends and loved ones around us. But until that day, this world will mourn the loss of Drew. My deepest sympathy to his sister, Beth, and although I didn't know her very well, my condolences to his significant other, Audrey. His loss will always carry with us but I ask that no one focus on the void left in our hearts this day. Instead, I would like for us to focus on his life. The qualities that we love Drew for. And remember him as the truly awesome dude he was in our lives. Till then brother, hold it down in Heaven there and before you know it, we'll be hanging out again. I love you dude.
