We are deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic loss of ArchAnna! While I first met her at Winthrop thru Greg Fulmer, a mutual close friend ....our lives had reconnected when she married Barry Steadham. She was very devoted to her Clemson Tigers, family and friends. I could see it in her eyes and smile whenever she mentioned those she loved. Because of my longtime and close friendship with Michelle Steadham League and Greg Fulmer we reconnected. I'm totally disabled myself with MS, and just weeks ago she sat with me several times so that my brother could drive my 91 year old Mom to her doctor appointment, I felt so grateful for her willingness to come to the rescue and sit with me. she touched my life in a very kind and generous way. She will be missed here on Earth, but in heaven she will be in HIS ARMS and the ones she loves who arrived before her!

Bill and family, Fortunately for me, I met ArchAnna through my cousin, Bill Ellis, and loved her immediately! Told her that first day that it seemed we'd known each other for a long time...probably something that she heard from others, so engaging was she. Had many conversations with her through Bill's illness; she was always loving and kind. He treasured their steadfast friendship and knew he could rely on her. My prayers are for your peace and comfort, knowing that her physical absence will be difficult. Her love for her family was obvious.

Arch was one in a million. She didn’t have a mean bone in her body. God blessed her with the gift of love for her fellow man and a heart of gold to go with it. We met on the Big Island eons ago. I can still her her voice calling out to me “ALOHA Y’ALL!”. That accent used to stop customers in their tracks to see where it came from. She was my little sister from another mother. Jim and I will always cherish our time with Arch and Barry. May God welcome her home. I’m sure Barry is holding her tight in his arms now. The world became a sadder place with her here. I Love you little sis.

To ArchAnna’s family, My heart broke when I heard of ArchAnna’s passing. We first met in middle school and became good friends. She always had a big smile on her face and was so kind to everyone. In high school we were not only classmates but we were cheerleaders together. So many fun times. One memory stands out to me. One evening my brother let us use his car to go cruising around the Anderson Square before going to Mac’s Drive In to hang with our classmates. However, the car broke down on a back road a few miles from my home. We never made it to our destinations that evening. I was a little scared walking back to my house on those back roads (no cell-phone days) but Archie kept the mood light and we laughed all the way back home. Good times! I will never forget Archie and will be praying for you all during this difficult time. I love you ArchAnna and was truly blessed to have known you. With sincere condolences, Betty Murrah Gambrell

Well done my dear friend, ArchAnna! Your time with us was incredibly short. You certainly made positive vibes happen start to finish with your life story and adventures during your time on this Earthly world! With a Tour de Force, my friend you filled it with joy, love, and life to all who knew you! Obit only scratches the very tip of the iceberg in what Archie meant to her family, friends, and others in the life she lived. I’m selfish, but all were blessed to be a part of ArchAnna’s life long parade! Archie’s love continues always! Aloha! Go Tigers 🐅 ❤️‍🩹💔💝🧡💜🧡
