Uncle Billy was a father figure for me for many years growing up. I couldn't tell you a time that I ever remember him treating me any different than he did his other kids. Seeing this picture, with his infectious smile just flooded me with so many memories and I am so sorry for anyone who has to experience the loss of him from your lives.
