Bobby Wayne Brooks

February 7, 1942 - April 12, 2020

Bobby Wayne Brooks, 78, husband of Linda Brooks, died Sunday, April 12, 2020.

Born in Dunlap, TN, he was the son of the late Frank Nance and Vera Thompson. Mr. Brooks was a Retired Combat Medic in the US Army, and also served as a US Navy Corpsman.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Anthony Brooks and wife, Stephanie, Scott Brooks and wife, Emma, and Nicholas Brooks and wife, Beth Ann DeMeulenaere; grandchildren, Kallie, Hannah, and Gavin Brooks; and a brother, William L. Brooks.

Because of the current Covid 19 crisis, no funeral service will be held at this time. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation; American Heart Assoc.; or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
