We never met in person, only via email, but cousin Bonnie and I worked together for many years on the Kallenbach Genealogy. It’s amazing how many things and traits we had in common, via the dominant Kallenbach Gene! Always kind, always helpful, unfailingly enthusiastic…you will be deeply missed by family and friends. Deepest Condolences to Ed, Candy, and Windy, for your great loss. James Kallenbach, Grafton, Wisconsin
Gregory M Leiby left a message on December 26, 2023:
I am so sorry for your loss. My favorite memory; I was doing some work for Ed, my wife was out of town, so I brought my [young] boys. I left them on the back porch with some toys. When I came back, they were sitting at the kitchen counter. Each with a meatball on a plate. And helping Bonnie roll more meatballs. They did not want to go home.

I have so many great memories of Bonnie, we talked often during the years we worked on the Kallenbach history. We discussed our great cookbook, I got one when I married, gave her one two yrs later when she did. They both are much loved and falling apart, but she worked on fixing hers- we discussed shared family names, I have a Todd, Andrew and Lucas- funny how that worked out! Genetic hair issues with parts drove us both crazy. Its the little things that you remember, laugh over and bonds you together as family. She will be remembered and was loved.
