Cathy, I was in Boston when I heard about Bricelyn. I am so sorry and my sympathy goes out to you and your family. I took Bricelyn to get her hair cut and went to lunch at Country Club just before I left for Boston. I will miss my friend and her company through the years. Love to all. Sylvia.

Kathy, Whit, and Mark, On behalf of the Slattery family, we wish to express our condolences. Your Mom was a true friend to Mary Ann. She was always a delight to have conversations with. Her obituary told me things about her that I did not know. I will always have fond memories of her. Debbie Slattery Scarlett

So sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a great, strong and loyal friend to our family. Mom loved playing bridge with her and was always thrilled when she won (which was rare). Lucy and Timothy

To Bricelyn's family, When I heard of Bricelyn's passing my heart broke. We were neighbors at Wenwood and always enjoyed seeing and chatting with her. Even tried playing a game of cards with her and another neighbor. And trust me, I am not a card player. Fortunately, both of them had the patience of a saint with me!! Then there was football!! Being a Clemson fan you can only imagine our conversations!!! I am truly going to miss her and all of her graciousness. She was one of a kind. Rest in peace dear friend.
