Dennis Steven “Steve” McGaha, 72, husband of Anne McGaha, went to be with his Lord and savior unexpectedly Monday, November 13, 2023.

Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Dennis and Florence Crawford McGaha.

Steve was a member of Mauldin Church of God. He was a fan of the University Of South Carolina Gamecocks and really enjoyed all the back and forth banter that went with any Clemson fan. The thing he loved most was his family. He spent his retirement years with his wife going to anything that concerned his grandbabies. Whether it was a sporting event or grandparents day at school, he did everything he could to be there and truly brighten the day for whomever he was cheering on at that time.

In addition to his wife of which he cherished for 47 years, left to continue his legacy are his three sons, Christopher McGaha (Sheryl), Timothy McGaha (Lauren), and Grady McGaha; seven grandchildren, Keely, Kyler, Alyse, Lucas, Braxton, Logan, and Hudson; and a brother, Terry McGaha.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Mauldin Church of God followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mauldin Church of God, 411 E Butler Rd, Mauldin, SC 29662.
