Dewey and his wife were such kind and faithful members of the Whitten Center Parents’ Club. They always enjoyed visiting Cindy and providing special treats for her and her friends. I always enjoyed visiting with them when they were on campus.

Jane Walsh Bauer left a message on May 18, 2024:
Dewey was a friend and neighbor. He had many large oak trees in his yard and his Easley address. For over 10 years, he brought me mulched leaves for my garden. He brought as many as 300 bags of leaves and one year that I gratefully used in the garden. He was indeed a cheerful and giving man. We remember his dear Naomi and her sweet nature, and love for Dewey. He made a real difference in the lives of those around him.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
