To the Bixby Family. I'm saddened by her passing. I was not able to know her but from her two children, I can say without a doubt she was wonderful, loving, grateful and blessed in every way. I know without a shadow of doubt, she's whole and with the spirit of the Lord dancing and rejoicing. God bless you all while you mourn her passing but rejoice you will see her again.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Billy and I were so sorry to hear of Doris passing. We enjoyed her life for 28 years at Full Life Church of God in Easley along with her then husband, Bishop Matthew Bixby. They were not only a wonderful pastor and wife but also the best friends we ever had. We loved them and their children and had the privilege of watching their children grow up, get married and have children. Doris & Matthew loved their grandchildren the same way we loved ours. It broke our hearts to lose Matthew and now Doris but we know they're in the presence of the one they preached about and served for so many years. We didn't know Richard very well but we really liked him and appreciate the love and care he gave Doris the entire time they were married and especially the last year. It was hard I'm sure but you could see the love between them when you were with them and Richard was devoted to caring for her. Our love and heart felt sympathy goes out to the entire family. We send you all our love and prayers. Let us know if we can do anything. Sincerely, Billy & Bea Roach

To Doris’s Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Doris was a very kind and loving woman of God. She loves her Children and grandchildren more than the words can describe. She loved her husband. Doris helped me with a sewing project and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Doris will be greatly misssed❤️
