I just got the news today my friend. My heart is broken. You without a doubt were one of a kind! So funny & caring. Thank you for being my friend. I wish we would’ve followed up on plans to have dinner again soon. My prayers are with your son and grand babies, & the rest of the family. Don’t give Barbara too hard a time up there! I love you, Elmer! ?????

The memories I will forever hold dear of Elmer's contageous smile when he came to pick up his shirt early for the Upper SC State Fair. I always looked forward to seeing him every year. His hugs will be missed, and the smell of his cologne that would linger long after he was gone. Thank for such precious memories!

Elmer was a wonderful friend and true Christian gentleman. I’ve known him all of my life. I know he’s enjoying a heavenly reunion with family and friends gone before him, but more importantly, he’s in the presence of our Lotd and Savior.
