Gail Bazemore Mincey, 81, wife of Joseph Mincey, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

Born in Sylvania, GA, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Doris Bazemore.

In addition to her husband of 61 years, left to cherish her memory are her son, Jason Mincey and his wife, Dawn; one grandson, Kirkland Mincey; three sisters, Marcena Gallardo, and her husband, George, Amelia Alston and her husband, Steven, and Delia Bazemore; and a niece, Celeste B. Danford.

In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brinley Mincey

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
