I am so sorry for all of you. You remain in my thoughts and prayers every day. I met Jerry during the ice storm of… 1999 (2000?). Afterwards, he and I spent time each year during ice storms (each a week long) walking the neighborhood, admiring the beauty and enjoying the warm, sunny afternoons. Every snow & ice we have had- small or big- I always see his face looking up to the beautiful, Carolina blue sky with that familiar twinkle in his eye, smiling as he would remark on the beauty God had provided. I had hoped to extend my condolences personally, but am unable to find Ground Zero. From the looks of cars coming & going in this industrial area, there are many others who would be there with and for you. Again, my prayers continue to be lifted up on your behalf. God bless you all and bring you His, Almighty Peace. I hope you find comfort that Jerry is no longer in pain. - Jeannine

With a small church, you get to know your members pretty well. We love all our members like family and Jerry is no exception. Jerry was kind and had such a lively spirit. Praise God for His mercy; our Father has taken Jerry home and he suffers no longer. We will miss our Brother, but we know we will see him again.
