Jackson Craig Meismer, 26, of Greer, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of Jerry and Joy Hall Meismer.
Jackson graduated with the class of 2020 from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science. He was a member of the Clemson chapter of Delta Chi fraternity. Jackson was a Design Engineer for Pall Corporation in Duncan, SC. He was an avid Clemson football fan. He loved spending time with his friends, especially making others smile and laugh with his quick wit.
In addition to his parents, Jackson is survived by grandparents, Bob and Beverly Meismer of Gastonia, N.C; Aunts and Uncles, Annette Meismer Lowe and William Lowe of Gastonia, .N. C., Gail Hall Thompson and Mark Thompson of Greer, Karen Hall Priester of Raleigh, N.C., Lynn Hall Patterson and Sammy Patterson of Jamestown S.C.; and cousins, Chris Lowe of Oak Ridge, N.C., Steven Lowe of Gastonia, N.C., Kevin Thompson of Greer, Emmy Thompson Potepan of John’s Island, S.C., Lindsay Priester of Raleigh, N.C., Kirk Patterson of Greensboro, N.C., Wesley Patterson of Jamestown, S.C. and Kyle Patterson of Raleigh, N.C.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jean and Cecil Hall of Greer.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 4:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown.
