Jackson Glenn Hollis, Jr., went to be with our Heavenly Father on Friday, October 8, 2021.
Born September 19, 1956, Glenn was one of five children born to his late parents, Jackson G. “Red” Hollis and Kathryne Brunson Hollis. He adored his childhood growing up with his four sisters, Kelly, Kathy, Sandy, and Mary.
His greatest and most proud accomplishments in life were his two children, Glenn, his “Little Man,” and Rachel, his “Little Girl.” He treasured his time with his kids, and they were his world. Like their father, Glenn’s children carry on his hard-working, vivacious, and fiercely kind spirit.
Glenn’s family and friends will remember his contagious sense of humor, joy for life, spontaneity, tenacity, and deep love and loyalty to those fortunate enough to know him. There are no words to describe how deeply he will be missed and how much he is loved. We thank God for the life of Jackson Glenn Hollis, Jr., the miracles He showed through his life, and the lives he so strongly impacted.
Jackson Glenn Hollis, Jr., will be honored in a private ceremony in Charleston, South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Francis, Bon Secours Hospital in Downtown Greenville, South Carolina.
