James Maxwell Brown, 62, loving husband of Sherlyn Brown, died Sunday, June 26, 2022.

Born in Falls View, WV, he was a son of the James and Margaret Pickens Brown.

Mr. Brown was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. James worked hard and was a great provider for his family that he loved so deeply. He cherished his grandchildren and loved spending time with them. James loved hunting, fishing, collecting coins and was a member of US Military Vets Motorcycle Club (MC).

In addition to his loving wife of 23 years and his parents, James is survived by two daughters, Tonia Renew and Tina Renew; two sons, Joshua Brown and James Renew; two daughters-in-law, Danielle Renew and Alexis Judy; one brother; two sisters; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. followed by the funeral at 2:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest.
