We are really going to miss Joe, he was such a great neighbor. We enjoyed watching him give all the neighbor dogs their treats as they walked up the street. They couldn’t wait to get over in his lap to get their treat. He really enjoyed every minute of each dog. He knew everyday when they would take their walk & it really made him happy. He is really going to be missed & you all are in our prayers. Due to health reasons we won’t be able to attend.

I live is the same building where Joe lived (oppsite side back corner), When I moved in 2 years ago Joe was the first one to come to my door to welcome me, even though he had to walk all the way around with his walker. I invited him in and we had a nice chat. He will be missed in our neighborhood, My condolences to your family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I am a member of Fernwood Church. Jackie and I raised money to buy a memorial for our Sunday school teacher and Joe was always with us to carry heavy stuff. Jackie and I got our bridal room decorated and who was always their to help us find bargains etc. He was surely a good friend to my husband and me. I hated and cried when they decided to move but I knew they wanted to be near their daughter and grandchildren. He was always so proud of his family.
