Joe was a jam up guy. He always treated me with respect and I came to think the world of Joe. I realize that this is a very late condolence but I just recently heard of his passing. I had both knees totally replaced and Joe would take his time out whatever he was doing to come to upper Greenville County and check on me He did that on several occasions. He was definitely and good friend to me and I miss him

Joe and I worked a lot of cases together. He would always answer his phone if I needed anything. My condolences to Joe’s family. He was very respected by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office. God Bless!!

I am so thankful that I had the pleasure to work with Joe who will always be Bravo 14 to me. I cherish the last visit I had with Joe as we laughed and spoke of the old Bravo days. Joe, you have fought the good fight, finished your race and kept the faith. You are now wearing your crown of righteousness. Until we meet again. Love Peeps

I worked with Joe at the Greenville County sheriff's Office. My dad is also a Vietnam vet, so me and Joe would talk about his time he spent in Vietnam. He was an awesome individual that would bend over backwards to help you out. He will missed for sure .. RIP Joe ..
