Dear Kelli, I know you’re with our Heavenly Father now. I am happy that you’re not in pain. I am crying because I always thought we would all meet again, somewhere along the blueridge or on a sandy beach. I know you love the beach. I can hear your euphemisms in your voice and see your grin as you say it and I laugh. You and your family are forever in the way I pitch a tent and build a fire. You all are a permanent part of me. I still have the letter you sent me when I was in the hospital in 1989. You and Jerry and your children and extended family were there for me at a very difficult time in my life. You all are engraved in my soul and memory. Kelli, I regret that we could not visit with each other again before you go. My thoughts and love are with your family. Hopefully I will see you on the flip-side. Love, Nicole “Wasyanay”
