Larry James Simpson, Jr

Larry James ?Jimmy? Simpson, Jr., 41, of 1255 Tubbs Mountain Road died Saturday, August 7, 2004. Born in Greenville County, he was the husband of Nancy T. Simpson and a son of Larry James Simpson, Sr. and Edith Bowen Simpson. Mr. Simpson served in the National Guard and was a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship. He was a Production Supervisor at Piper Roofing Company. Surviving in addition to his wife, are two sons, Jeremy Simpson of the home, Jason McCuen of Mauldin; a daughter, Michelle Clardy of Travelers Rest; three sisters, Lynn Jones, Morristown, TN, Kristal Galloway of Marietta, Missy Simpson of Greer; a brother, Brad Simpson of Simpsonville; a grandmother, Ruby Bowen of Travelers Rest and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Tuesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel with burial in Grandview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 7-8:30 pm Monday at the funeral home. The family will be at the residence, 1255 Tubbs Mountain Rd.
