Lois Lorraine Absher, 81, widow of the late Jerry Mack Absher, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Born in Wilkes County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Winfred and Mary Alice Watson Church.

Lorraine was a member of First Baptist Mauldin and formerly sang in the choir.

She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Rhodes; son, Jonathan Absher; three grandchildren, Stephen Rhodes, Jessica Bolser (Luke), and Destiny Absher; and her sister Marlene Church.

In addition to her parents, Lorraine was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald Church.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the M.J.”Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
