Madelene Hamilton, 69, of 3 Shamrock Circle, died on Thursday, February 23, 2006. Born in Borden, VA, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Sallie Bailey Boyter. Mrs. Hamilton retired from Byrd Furniture and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are her husband, David Hamilton, of Greenville; a daughter, Debra Day, of Greenville; two sons, Dennis Ray Hamilton of Myrtle Beach, and David Wayne Hamilton of Greenville; a sister, Rosie Wadell, of Woodruff; a brother, Don Boyter, of Woodruff; a niece, Virginia Tyler, of St. Pauls, NC; a nephew, Michael Norton, of St. Pauls, NC; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 ? 5:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Monday at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
