Margaret Ann Owings, 90, wife of the late Harold Franklin Owings, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Born in La France, SC , she was the daughter of the late Jacob Haskell and Leona Katherine Arnold.
Margaret was a homemaker and a member of White Horse Heights Baptist Church. She was a bookkeeper for her husband at Welcome Tire, Welcome Fuel Oil, and Berea Shell Station.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Owings Coker and husband Rusty of Greenville; son, Dale Owings of Easley; grandchildren, Rachel Owings, Brett Owings, Kelsie Meetze, Stephen Owings, and Jared Coker; great grandchildren, Whitney, Kassidy, Ezra, and Emma; and brother Larry Arnold of Gray Court.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, Heyward Arnold.
A visitation will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at White Horse Heights Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Graceland West Cemetery.
