Ben and I just made a donation to the South Carolina Ovarian Cancer Foundation in memory of Maggie. Their website didn't provide an area to make the donation "In memorial of" so just know in lieu of flowers...this donation was made. Let's hope one day they can find a cure or better way to treat this terrible disease. Love, Sonya and Ben

Sweet Maggie was truly a gift in our lives. She was such a positive, kind hearted person and I admired her appreciation for the simple things in life like the beauty of nature and the love of the many pets she often saved from harms way.. She never failed to show gratitude for even the smallest gesture. She was one who still sent the meaningful card in the mail when you needed support or just to know someone cared. She spent her life working with people who often needed someone to just listen and offer a kind word. I am so grateful that she found her soulmate in my cousin Jim. I am grateful to have known Maggie and to have called her my friend- Our love and condolences go out to Jim and the rest of her family as well-

Maggie was such a kind soul and lover of animals. I will never forget the time she just picked up my drumsticks and started playing the drums. We had no idea she could play! Sending all of our love from Jason, Liv, Rhys, Onna, Elliot, and Anders.

There are just no words for losing someone as special as Maggie. Sending condolences, love and hugs to everyone that was loved or touched by Maggie. She was the most genuinely kind and beautiful soul. Her deep caring and empathy for people and animals was a special quality that you don't find every day. Maggie and Jim were my dad's best friends. For that, I'm eternally grateful. I'm thankful to have known her. My heart breaks for the ones she leaves behind. She was such a wonderful human being. My deepest sympathies. Sincerely, Sonya and Ben

We are sending our love and memories of sweet Maggie. Though miles have kept us apart over the years, We know Maggie was a very special person because of the way Pole loved her fiercely. You could always feel the love when he spoke of her and see the fondness with the way he looked at her. She will always be remembered by us as as a gentle, genuine, and caring soul. She exemplified all of these characteristics in the way she loved animals that could never give back in the same way she gave. We are grateful that she left the world a little better than she found it and she will be missed dearly. Love always, Kevin, Julie, Micah, Kaiden and Eli
