Dizzy Dean Nave Sr., 87, husband of the late Jacquelynne Nave, died Thursday, July 28, 2022.
Born in Elizabethton, TN, he was the son of the late Jimmy and LaVada Grindstaff Nave.
He was a US Army Veteran, enjoyed fishing, baseball, and loved the Tennessee Volunteers.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah “Debbie” Burnett and husband, Dean, and Belinda Sullivan and husband, Ray; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and six brothers and sisters.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dizzy Nave Jr. and two grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiners Children Hospital or Alzheimer’s Association.
