Ola Elizabeth Campbell

Ola Elizabeth Blankenship Campbell, 82, formerly of 9 Pine Grove Lane, Greenville died July 9, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Troy and Ida Mae Hammond Blankenship and the widow of Hubert M. Campbell. Ms. Campbell retired from Poe Mill after 30 years of service as a machine operator. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Jean Parker, Teresa Pollard, and Stephanie Campbell; one son, Eddie Campbell; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Mae White; and one brother, Clarence Blankenship. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Hubert Campbell; daughter, Sandra Moody; two sons, Alvin Campbell and Aaron Campbell; sister, Beatrice Babb; and one brother, Troy Blankenship. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3:00 pm at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel, with visitation prior from 1:30 ? 2:50 pm. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family is at their respective homes.
