Patricia Reid Lollis

Patricia Reid Lollis, 89, devoted wife to the late George Lollis, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 24, 2023.

Born in Pelzer, SC, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Wilma Reid.

Patricia retired from Greenville Water System after 27 years of dedicated service, was an Eastern Star, and was a member of Overbrook Baptist Church.

Patricia was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. She was known for being an amazing southern cook, mastering a potato salad everyone loved.

Patricia’s legacy will continue on in the hearts of her loving daughter, Georgie L. Simmons and husband, David J. Simmons; her only grandson, David J. Simmons, II “Cody”; and sister, Derrell Reid Gaines.

A visitation will be held Friday, March 31, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be held in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
