Patrick Joseph Holland Jr.

Patrick Joseph Holland Jr., 82, husband of the late Nancy Holland, of Taylors, died Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Born in Troy, New York, he was the son of the late Patrick Joseph and Dorothy M. Holland and is survived by two sons, Patrick J. Holland and Sean M. Holland; one sister, Lisa Zecca; and one brother, David Holland.

Mr. Holland served as a Private First Class in the US Marine Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in NY and Master of Architecture degree at North Carolina State University. Over four decades, he worked as an architect and designed buildings, factories and offices in places like South Carolina, New Orleans, Silicon Valley, and Saudi Arabia.

In his free time, Mr. Holland enjoyed golf, cats, reading, and classical music.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
