Jan, Kay, Laura, Susan, I am so sorry for your loss and so happy that you were able to have your father with you for so many wonderful years. He truly was a wonderful man, husband, and father! He and your mother were such an important part of my life, and I don't think I even realized how much so until I was grown and had my own daughter. I would send your parents Christmas cards later in my life and tell them what it had meant to me to be welcomed into your home so often over the years... spending the day, spending the night, and the camping trips! So much fun! I sure loved your Dad. He was always so calm, patient, and had such a sweet smile. Please hug your mother for me. I love her. I will continue to keep a of you and your families in my prayers. Love you all.

Paul was one of the kindest, sweetest people I've known. In his full life, his greatest accomplishment was his daughters, who always embody his spirit.
