In the early morning of March 23rd, Peggy Milosek entered into the gates of heaven and into the arms of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior.
Born in Gastonia, NC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Grant Parkins.
Peggy was a 1955 graduate of Parker High School and a member of Mauldin First Baptist Church. She was a world traveler and was involved in The Ray W. Hopkins Mauldin Senior Center. Peggy loved her Lord, her family, and her friends and made Teddy Bears for the children at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Pediatric.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Black and Faith Searle; a step-daughter, Elaine Sylvester; two step-sons, Douglas Milosek and Michael Milosek; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Peggy was preceded in death by a son, Donald Jerry Black, Jr.
A visitation will be held Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
