Phyllis Wallace Kamps, 78, of Simpsonville, formerly of Northbrook, IL, died May 18, 2004 at Rolling Green Village. Born in St. Joseph, MI, she was the daughter of the late Thomas G. and Charlotte Witt Wallace. She was a graduate of Beloit College in Beloit, WI.
