Ronnie F. Payne, 75, of Greenville, husband of Judith S. Payne, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Helen C. Payne Bishop.
Ronnie started working at the age of 14 and had 47 years in supervision in the Automotive Industry. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was loved by all that knew him.
In addition to his loving wife of 14 years, he is survived by his children, Keith Payne (Erica), Angie Keith (Scott), Kathy Bowling (Gary), Ricky Finley (Yvonne), Teresa Spelling, Thea Stewart, Joey Finley (JinSook), and Mark Finley (Cyndi); sisters, Diane Page, Rachael Osteen (Jay), Sandra Smith (Don), and Elaine Johnson (Larry); 27 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Anita "Nicole" Payne; a sister, Carolyn Saunders, and a brother, Paul Payne.
The family would like to thank the Palladium Hospice caregivers, and a special thanks to Chaplain David Banks; hospice nurse, Deborah Robinson; CNAs, Michele, Catherine, and Mandy, and private sitter, Lucy Fair for their loving care. The family would like for them to know they could have never made it without them.
A private graveside service will be held Saturday, May 23, 2020, in Graceland West Cemetery.
