Ruth Strickland Revis, 89, wife of the late Hugh Giles “Pete” Revis, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021.

Born in Greenville, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Jessie Calhoun and Ruth Grambrell Strickland. In addition, she was predeceased by a sister and five brothers.

She was a graduate of Parker High School and a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church for many years.

Ruth is survived by her two sons, Ronald H. Revis (Linda) and Richard D. Revis (Betty); two grandchildren, Jeremy Revis (Randi) and Zachery Revis; and five great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 2:00pm.

Memorials may be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church, 306 N. Franklin Rd, Greenville, S.C. 29609.
