Stephen Wayne Taylor, 62, husband of Jessica Fricks Taylor, died Sunday, April 25, 2021.

Born in Marietta, SC, he was the son of the late James Taylor, Sr. and Mary C. Hartin.

Steve was a 1976 graduate of Berea High School and was a veteran of the US Army.

He is survived by wife Jessica Taylor; daughters Elizabeth, Ricki, Monica, and Zoe; brothers, Jim, Chuck, Bobby, and Travis; grandson, Richard.

Paying of respects will be held Friday, April 30, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the memorial service following at 1:30 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Masks are required in all Thomas McAfee Funeral Home locations and attendees are strongly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at www.dav.org
