We were deeply saddened by Suellyn’s sudden and unexpected homegoing. She and Gary have been part of our extended family for many years. They were like second parents/grandparents to our Ralston branch and much loved and appreciated by all of us. As faithful servants, they consistently showed a pattern of good works in every area of their lives, reflecting the Lord in everything they did. Thy will be missed. Suzy and Jim Efaw
Mari (Seyffert) Fennell left a message on April 3, 2024: and your sisters...i knew you all the way back to Conant and Bethel Baptist...then Bob Jones University. As Debbie's older sister, I remember so many days at your house, youth group, church activities, and what a beautiful influence all 4 of you were on me as a young Christian. I am looking forward to seeing you in heaven sister ❤️

I was just thinking of Suellyn the other day, as I could never hear “Hus Eye Is On The Sparrow” without remembering Suellyn singing it at church. Suellyn and I were co-captions on my first bus route in the late 70’s at Bethel Baptist in IL. Oh what a time we had! Bus route, choir, Bible studies… Suellyn and the Collins sisters were always such a blessing for a young Christian like I was to know. Her laughter, voice, gift for hospitality and kindness was a blessing to me and so many. Oh I’d love to see what she sees and hears today. What a glory it must be. Praying for the family and many friends as she will be greatly missed.

She always had a smile on her face, she was such a friendly and kind person when she came to our office. We always shared a good laugh with her! We will miss seeing her dearly!!

Suellyn was like a grandmother to me and I was like a grandson to her. She was extremely kind and joyful. I remember her laugh and distinct voice the most. Most importantly, she was Godly. A beautiful woman with a kind soul that nurtured me through my childhood.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I am Ana Carandang from the Philippines. I knew Ms.Suellyn or Ms.Sue as I call her when I was at Bob Jones University. I helped her with chores at home and had a lot of sweet fellowship. I am blessed to know her and call her my friend. I will surely miss her.

Suellyn was always a bright spot on my visits to the dispatch center. She kept a box of treats in her desk drawer for my dog “Mabel”, who would excitedly go straight to her office as soon as we arrived. Suellyn was always welcoming and kind. She is safely home now.
