Bert and McKinley, we am going to missTammy so much. We’ve known her since we moved next door to her on Montis Drive when she was about 13 years old. She was always so sweet, gentle and kind. She loved the two of you so much and you were her favorite topic to talk about when we walked together or met for lunch. She was always so positive about beating Cancer. Love you both.

My condolences for Tamara's family. In the short time I knew her I learned that she was a kind and gentle soul. And for that short time she was a pleasure to have and a blessing at that moment in time to be her mechanic of choice.

So so sorry for your family's loss! Tammy was one of my first babysitters growing up on Montis Drive. I remember that she had a water bed and my younger sisters and I loved to go swish around on it. We thought she was so cool! I also remember asking her to help me climb higher on our playset in our backyard. But she said, "If you can't get up there yourself, then you shouldn't be up that high." I think I used those words years later when I became a parent. She will surely be missed by many!

Miss Tamara has been such a light to so many in her work at Little Folks. My daughter was enamored by her sweet spirit- she was an expert at making each child feel seen and special, and was an amazing example of love and acceptance for them. We are so grateful that she shared a part of her life with us, and will smile at her memory each time we read her book. Much love! Ashton
