Tammy D. Wilson, 58, beloved wife of C.N. “Chip” Wilson, Jr., went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Dora “Janice” Girardeau.
Tammy was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, whom she loved more than life itself.
In addition to her loving husband of 39 years, she is survived by her son, David Edward Wilson; aunt, Pat Williams; three cousins, Pam Kimmell, Diane Myrick, and Misty Roe; father and mother-in-law, Gywn and Susan Matthews; sister-in-law, Lane Matthews; and her two very special canine companions, Zoe and Enzo. Tammy is dearly loved and will be tremendously missed.
A visitation will be held Monday, September 6, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 7th at 12:00 p.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church of Greenville followed by burial in Graceland Cemetery, West.
