I had the pleasure of working with Ted when I was his assigned Marketing Representative for 2 different companies over a period of 30 plus years. I called on Ted when he was at United Insurance and Turner Insurance. Ted was an excellent insurance agent, very professional but more importantly he was a man of great integrity, a quick wit and a very admirable sense of humor . I was glad to know Ted as a good friend first and foremost. I send my condolences to Louise and the entire family. I had many lunch meetings with Ted and I miss our conversations that always made that day more enjoyable.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Coach Siefert's passing... When I was age 10, 11 & 12 - I played baseball for him with the Sertoma Braves in the city baseball league in Greenville, SC... Coach Siefert was 'THE BEST" Coach & Disciplined Man I ever played for... Needless to say, He was an inspiration in my life... I will miss you Coach - Prayers For The Siefert Family - 'Steve Mullinax'

Larry and I send our deepest condolences to Lou and family. I had the great privilege of working for Ted starting in 1975. When I walked into his agency I knew how to spell insurance and that was the most I knew about the subject. Ted was my teacher, my mentor, my boss (tough one) and my friend. Someone once asked me if he taught me everything I knew. I told them no, he did more. He taught me how to find the answers I needed. I passed that knowledge on to all I subsequently taught saying "my first boss, Ted Siefert, told me you don't have to know everything, you just need to know how to find the answer". I owe my 46 year career to the greatest insurance man I have ever known. Ted loved his Lou, family, work, hunting and friends who will all dearly miss him. Rest in peace good man. Bec
