Thomas Dunn, Jr., 75, of Simpsonville, husband of Joyce Carlisle Dunn, died Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Born in Woodbridge, NJ, he was a son of the late Thomas F. Dunn, Sr. and Mildred Milano Dunn. Mr. Dunn served in the National Guard and was a retired computer operator from Steele Heddle. He was a devout Catholic. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Cheryl D. Parker and husband, Daniel, and Susan D. Meeks and husband, Bill; son Thomas Dunn, III and wife, Sandy; and six grandchildren, David and Jimmy Parker, Kevin and Brian Meeks, and Stephanie and Kevin Dunn. Visitation will be Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, 1604 NE Main Street, Simpsonville. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Church. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence.
