We were so very sorry to hear about Tom’s unexpected passing. Our family first met Tom when he was our son Austin’s baseball coach. He was great with the kids! He gave Austin his first opportunity to pitch in kids pitch on an extremely cold late night. Tom just laughed as Austin stood on the mound shaking from the cold trying to pitch. He always gave every child a chance to play and made sure the kids had fun! Through this and over the years, our boys became best buddies and still are today. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.

Uncle Tommy you will forever be missed, I still remember staying with Boom Boom and Papa as a little girl in Myrtle Beach and you always skipped the sun screen and would turn red as a lobster. Those were the good ole days. Hugs in Heaven.

Tommy’s big heart was seen by all who knew him. He was a grateful man who adored his family. His face would glow whenever he spoke of his precious parents and his beautiful children. He had a special relationship with my husband, Mike, who perhaps was one of many that greeted Tommy in heaven on March 9th. Tommy loved and he was loved… how much more successful in life can you be? My sincere condolences to his family. One day you will see his bright and welcoming smile again. “Precious to the Lord is the death of His saints.” Psalm 116:15

We are grateful for the many years of friendship Randy and Tommy shared since on the baseball field at Dorman. In the years since college, we kept in more loose contact, but he was loved by us both. Tommy was all about making connections with people, and he made sure I knew he loved my FL Gators (though not like he loved his Tigers) when I moved to SC from FL to marry Randy, He was a special guy who will be greatly missed. Hannah, Austin, their spouses, and the Trammels will remain in our prayers.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

My deepest condolences to the entire Trammel family. I am in complete shock as there are few who were the epitome of health and happiness like Tommy. I’ve been up north (Michigan) since graduating from high school but thanks to social media, remained in touch with Tom over the years. Every day of knowing him made every day that much brighter. Y’all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Did not know Tom that well, but whenever I would see him (meetup events) there was a smile, gentle spirit, and he had a way of making you feel valued and noticed. Obviously, the joy he had was the joy of the Lord which was demonstrated in his demeanor and kindness. So sorry for your loss......

Chuck and Tracey Carnes left a message on March 13, 2023:
Tom was such a good friend to Tracey and I. We met him and Angela in a Newlywed class at Taylors First Baptist in 1993 or 1994. From that point we always enjoyed their friendship. We didn't get to see Tom much after 2001 but when we did, he was always smiling and always in great spirits. And although we didn't see him but on random occasions, he will certainly be missed by Tracey and I. I pray peace and encouragement over the family and may God bless you and keep you. Our sincere Condolences, Chuck and Tracey Carnes
