So many memories spent growing up at my Granny and Papa Tommy’s. The home was always filled with lots of sweets but an endless supply of cookies. Anyone that knew Papa Tommy knew how much he loved junk food! Although his obituary speaks volumes of his commitment and sacrifice to our country, he was the sweetest and most PRECIOUS soul!!! He loved the Lord, his family and most of all my Granny. He lived a blessed life… many days spent painting~ he was the best around!…When he had his motorcycle years ago, he was always adding “just a little bit more chrome”. It was incredibly beautiful!!!! He was such a craftsman, he really could do anything!!! One of his greatest joys in life was his love for animals!!! He was a dog whisperer, well… except the one time one of their dogs bit him in the face. There were many beloved animals over the years, but I bet his favorite was “Yamaha” This little guy was born deformed… he quickly became Papa Tommy and Granny’s travel buddy…riding on the back of their motorcycle. That little dog went EVERYWHERE they went! Papa Tommy designed him a special little cage, and mounted it on the back of his “Yamaha motorcycle” Papa Tommy was a special man who will be missed by so many… I know he is rejoicing with the Lord, completely healed and pain free! Please continue to pray for our family, especially my Granny. She lost her brother this week as well. Papa Tommy, we all love you, kiss my Daddy for me….watch over us! I sure am jealous of the angels tonight!!! ❤️
