Tony Martin Jones

April 29, 1947 - December 14, 2020

Mr. Tony Martin Jones, 73, of 112 Sutton Dr., Taylors, SC, went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 14, 2020. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and dedicated brother. He was loved by many.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Clyde C. and Ether G. Jones.

Tony was a retiree of the Mitsubishi Polyester Film plant where he was employed for 40 some years. He attended Rock Springs Baptist Church and shared in special services where his son-in-law, Jammy Keith Carson, pastors.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Judith T. Jones of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Regina Jones Carson of Greer; three grandchildren, Nathaniel Carson of Greer, Sarah Mummery of Greer, and Jonathan Carson of Greer; five great grandchildren, Abel, Jaxon, Samson, Joel and Joseph; four sisters, Mrs. Drucilla Ortiz of Greer, Mrs. Phyllis Bryant of Greenville, Mrs. Margie Flores of Myrtle Beach and Mrs. Kathy Weaver of Easley; and four brothers, Gerald Jones and Charles Jones of Greenville, Dennis Jones of Simpsonville and Daniel Jones of Greer.

He is predeceased by two brothers Gary Jones and Mark Preston Jones.

A private graveside will be held for immediate family only but those who would like to may join the Facebook live at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2021 to watch the service.
