Robert Wayne Bragg, 70, of Simpsonville, loving husband of Candise Stinnett Bragg, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

Born in Woodruff, SC, he was reared in the home of Starling and Gertrude Bragg and was the son of John Calvin Bragg and the late Ellen Fowler Phelps.

Wayne was a retired manufacturing supervisor at Sealed Air- Cryovac for 48 Years. He was the current sitting Potentate of Hejaz Shrine Temple and was a Past Master of Fountain Inn Masonic Lodge Post #192.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Robert Michael Bragg and his wife, Erica, Michael Wayne Bragg and his wife, Brittany, and Jenna Marie Bragg-Snively and her husband, James; a granddaughter, Jada Bragg; a sister, Cookie Tennison; and four sisters-in-law, Nancy Bragg, Ruth Bragg, Jeannette Bragg-Mixon, and Lynn Bragg.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Lloyd, Bud, Ray, Cecil, and Mike Bragg; and two sisters, Audrey Snow and Shirley Williams.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast Chapel. The committal service with Masonic Rites will follow in Cannon Memorial Park, and the family will receive friends immediately afterwards.

Flowers will be accepted, but if desired, memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital, 950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC 29605 or at https://www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org/greenville.

Wayne was a wonderful man he hired at cryovac in 1984. He was a great friend. He will truly be missed by a lot of people. Prayers for the family

Wayne was such a sweet soul with a big heart. He would brighten my days with any visit to the pharmacy. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Praying for all of you in the tough days to come.

Wayne was a great supervisor I worked with him for about ten years he was a good man always smiling and tried to help you all that he could...I hope the journey you are on now is much better and easier on you...I will always be glad that I could call you a friend.

Only met you once. But I knew from that moment you were a kind man and good dad to raise such a fine son as Bobby. Met you at your cabin on lake. All made me feel welcome. Prayers for you all. God bless and keep you in His loving arms till we can all be together in Heaven.
