I miss you so much Nana. The lessons you have taught me will forever be the most important lessons I ever learned. You gave me so much just because you believed in me and I am so grateful. You always made everyone around you feel welcome and valued. It was like living with my own personal cheerleader every day of my life. I hope you had a wonderful heavenly Christmas. I hope one day I can become half the woman you were.

I’m so sorry for your tremendous loss, but take comfort in the fact that she suffers no more. I remember Zelma as the soft-spoken and kind Mother of my friend, Jan. She always made me feel comfortable when visiting and always sweet. She will be missed…
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Mrs. Waggoner was my Sunday school teacher, my Bible school teacher. When she and Mr. Waggoner came to Greenville First Nazarene we were a small congregation in a cement block building across from a beer joint in a not so great neighborhood. I had no idea, we were so poor. Don and Zelma joined right in, made us feel special, while quietly going about the business of growing our church. Zelma taught me many things, I looked up to her and I adored her. And thanks to Don, I have had a lifetime love of cars....he always had the cool ones.
