Our beautiful son’s unexpected passing this past Sunday morning has created a hole in our hearts that can never be filled. In Sammy’s short 25 years, he accomplished so much and brought warmth and color to a sometimes dark world. We have chosen to privately grieve at present and plan to hold a memorial service honoring his life at a later date for his countless friends, classmates, and colleagues to say goodbye.

We wish to thank everyone for their prayers, calls, texts, and messages at this time…they are a needed source of comfort and support during this tragic time.

Our family will publish Sammy’s obituary in time and encourage anyone wishing to honor our son’s memory to please register to be an organ donor.
