When Jewell and John would visit mom and dad when he was in the Army, on the day before their departure, he would say, “ we will leave at 8:47 in the morning.” After they left, my dad would say, “why couldn’t he just leave at 8:30 or 9:00?” It was always fun when they came to visit, but more fun when they left, because of dad’s comment. John going by the book! He was loved and will be missed! 💕
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Uncle John could not have been described better! Quiet or not, a person knew where you stood with him. He was funny, generous, appreciated a great meal and was always supportive of fun, even if he ended up exhausted. He and Aunt Jewell were a rock star team, she outgoing to his reserve. They were loved and freely gave it back. He will be missed!❤️
