Ann Watts, 88, wife of the late George Watts, died Saturday, July 31, 2021.
Born in Lee County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Hilton and Elzine Beasley Layton.
Mrs. Watts was a member of First Baptist Mauldin.
She is survived by her three children, Wayne Watts and wife, Cindy, Reggie Watts and fiancee, Vickie Benson, and Janet Henderson and husband, Joel; five grandchildren, Layton Watts, Jason Henderson and wife, Anna, Jeremy Watts and wife, Lori, Jonathan Henderson and wife, Jaime, and Shelby Anne Watts; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Bill Layton and Ronny Layton and wife, Robbie.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 04, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Burial will be at 3:00pm in the Ashwood Baptist Church Cemetery in Sumter, SC.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
