Angela Joseph Miller

February 17, 1930 - December 28, 2005
Angela Joseph Miller, a lifelong member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church, went to be home with the Lord on December 27, 2005. She will be remembered for her humility of spirit, her servant heart, her devotion to her family and friends, and her compassionate nature. She loved animals and music and delighted in the successes of everyone she loved. Her loving family consists of daughter, Laura Spink and husband Bruce, and their two daughters, Natalie and Meredith, all of Birmingham, Alabama; daughter Tammy Marie Miller McKenzie; sisters Gebe Joseph and MaryAnn McDaniel of Greenville, grandsons, Greg Jordan and Justin Simpson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Mack Joseph; three brothers, Jim, Taft and Isaac Joseph; and one sister, Cecelia Joseph Saad. A graveside service will be held today, December 29, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospice, 414 Pettigru Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest is in charge of arrangements. ?Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are the merciful for they shall receive mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.?
