Anita Marie Lawson Phillips, 61,of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022.

Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of Jean Price Lawson and the late Hughie Lawson.

Anita was a member of New Life Baptist Church. She was loved by many, and will forever be missed.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by grandson, Nathaniel Jackson Phillips; brothers, Ricky Lawson and Eddie Lawson (Tammy); nephews, Timothy and Zachary Lawson; and a great nephew, Alex Lawson.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Danielle Phillips; and son, Daniel Phillips.

A visitation will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will be held in Graceland East Memorial Park.
