Anna Lee Smith

Anna Lee Smith, 86, of 306 Penarth Drive, died Monday, July 14, 2008. Born in Greeneville, TN, she was the daughter of the late George R. and Osa Rector Kesterson and the wife of thirty-one years of the late Samuel W. Smith. Mrs. Smith retired from Belk after twenty years of service. She was a member of Berea Friendship United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Ann McGaha and husband John, of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren, Carson McGaha and Chase McGaha, both of Charlotte, NC; and a nephew, Larry Smith and wife Arlene, of Austin, TX. She was preceded in death by two brothers, R.J. and Bill Kesterson. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 2:30 pm at Berea Friendship United Methodist Church with visitation from 1:30 – 2:30 pm prior to the service. Burial will be at Greenville Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Berea Friendship United Methodist Church, 8001 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29617. The family is at the residence.
