Beth Arlene Hydechuk Rupe, 72, of 205 Windsong Drive, died Sunday, September 4, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Evaline Jones Hydechuk. Before her retirement, she was a claims analyst with the Nevada State Welfare Department. She was also member of the First Assembly of God.
Ms. Rupe is survived by two daughters, Sandy Ingbretsen, her husband Dave and Bonnie Nelson; three sons, Craig Burgess and his wife Valerie, Kevin Burgess and his wife Ruby, and Ron Burgess; and nine grandchildren. Ms. Rupe?s family consisted of eleven brothers and sisters, including herself. Visitation will be held at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home-Downtown Wednesday, from 6-8pm. Services will be Thursday at 3pm at the Downtown Chapel with burial following in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family is at the residence.

Beth was a beautiful person with an even more beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends who were all so very lucky to have her in their lives.

I've just returned from vacation and heard of Beth's passing. She was such a pleasant spirit and a dedicated worker. I have missed seeing her everyday since she retired. Now she can continue enjoying her retirement in heaven with our Lord, Jesus Christ
